T3 - Teachers Teaching Technology

Abstract:
This course is designed to provide
educators with the technical and pedagogical knowledge for the
effective use of educational technology to enhance student
performance. Participants will learn how to create valuable
technology based lessons in their individual content areas and
for the specific needs of their students. Throughout the
course, students will engage in activities, discussions, and
practice aimed at the production of educational technology
activities for their students. Students will be asked to create
and apply technology based lessons based on the Tech-10
principles & strategies for the effective use of technology in
the classroom for credit. All coursework, resources, and
support will be available on-line for student access.
